CanNeed-TDE-100 Sterilization Thermograph (Can FO Value Tester) Suitable for all kinds of sterilization apparatus and occasions for recording temperature: retorts, spray sterilizing machines, sink type sterilizer, warehouse and trucks.

The user properly connects CanNeed-TDE-100-C** Sterilization Thermograph with the test samples, and places them together in the sterilizing equipment for sterilization. CanNeed-TDE-100-C** will record the temperature curve during the whole process of the sterilization. When the sterilization ends, the thermograph will be put on CanNeed-TDET-100 “Electromagnetic Induction” Data Transmitter and the temperature data will be output to the computer. With the assistance of the software, the temperature data and curve can be read, analyzed, saved and printed.

Advantages:

1) CanNeed-TDE-100-C** Sterilization Thermograph adopts the advanced “Electromagnetic Induction” communication system, without communication plugs. With the stainless steel one-piece seal design, it shows good sealing performance and is ideal for high-temperature applications.
2) A CanNeed-TDE-100-C** Sterilization Thermograph is an independent temperature recorder, while the combination of several thermographs can detect the temperature distribution of the sterilizing equipment.
3) CanNeed-TDET-100 Data Transmitter adopts USB port, which enables the direct supply of power from the computer and exempts the need of external power source.
4) The machine is able to record the center temperature of the sample interior, and the temperature curve of the sample exterior.
5) The probe is small in diameter, with only 2mm, which is flexible enough to ensure fast response.
6) Small volume, with a diameter of 25mm and a height of 55mm only. The length of the probe can be customized according to actual needs, in order to measure cans, beverage, beer and food, etc. of different package types.
7) The richly featured CanNeed-TDE-LogSee software is able to check, analyze, save and print the data and curve.
8) When connected with the data processor, it will show the measurement data directly on the screen of the processor without dependence on the computer.
9) The data can be exported and saved on Excel.
