The user properly connects CanNeed-TDE-100-C** Sterilization Thermograph with the test samples, and places them together in the sterilizing equipment for sterilization. CanNeed-TDE-100-C** will record the temperature curve during the whole process of the sterilization. When the sterilization ends, the thermograph will be put on CanNeed-TDET-100 “Electromagnetic Induction” Data Transmitter and the temperature data will be output to the computer. With the assistance of the software, the temperature data and curve can be read, analyzed, saved and printed.

CanNeed-ATT-110 Automatic Torque Tester, is a new instrument developed by CanNeed, to test the torque value of caps for bottled packaging products, nozzle packaging products, hose packaging products. Applicable for National Standard, Industrial Standard: GB/T 17876, ASTM D2063, ASTM D3198, ASTM D3474, BB/T 0025, BB/T 0034.

The instrument is to measure by contact method. Just need to place the bottle sample on testing platform and press start button, the bottle positioning clamp will clamp the bottle. Then the cap rotary fixture will drop vertically to clamp the cap, twist the cap and measure. The display screen records the display value. After measurement finished, the bottle positioning clamp will be released and all action reset.

CanNeed-ATT-Line-2000 Automatic Seal Angle and Torque Tester is to test Seal Angle, Opening Torque, Twisting Angle, tightening torque and tightening Angle of bottled drinks. Weighing function is optional.

The “CanNeed-MBT-300 Hall Effect Thickness Gauge (Magnetic Bottle Thickness Gauge)” is a refined portable thickness gauge. It is used to measure the thickness of nonmagnetic material, such as plastic, glass, synthetics, aluminum and titanium, etc. The measurement accuracy is undistorted by the samples’ shapes.

CanNeed-MBT-300 is based on the theory of Hall Effect. For test, place the steel ball on one side of the sample and the probe on the other side. The Hall Effect sensor on the probe measures the distance from the probe tip to the steel ball. The calculator will display the real thickness readings.

CanNeed-AHWC-100 Automatic Hot Wire Bottle Cutter offers an easy-to-use and cost-effective method for cutting containers for section weight analysis. It can cut PET bottle into several determined sections(The maximum  is up  to 5 sections). Then,  the user can check whether each section accord with  the corresponding weight standard. CanNeed-AHWC-100 can quickly cut PET bottle with hot wires. Clear profiles can be obtained without PET deformation. PET bottle samples can be 200-3000 ml.

The CanNeed-PPG-100 Preform Perpendicularity Gauge is used to test the perpendicularity of PET bottle.

The  CanNeed-ASS-100 Angle Swinging Shaker is used to shake up the samples,especailly for extraction testing.Put the sample into the conical flask,and clamp the conical flask,then set the time and frequency to start shaking.
The device adpot a 20mm reciprocating shaking way,which ensure the sample is fully mixed.

CanNeed-SFAT-100 Static Friction Angle Tester enables accurate measurement of container lubricity and coefficient of static friction.

Three containers are placed on the table in a pyramidal configuration. After the start button is pushed, an electric motor increases the angle of inclination of the table. The bottom two containers are constrained and do not move during testing. When the tilt angle becomes great enough to overcome the frictional forces between the containers, the top container begins to slide and will contact the trip bar, which stops the drive motor and simultaneously applies a brake to the inclined table. This prevents coasting and inadvertent measurements of erroneously high tilt angles.

Applicable for: glass bottles, plastic bottles, aluminum bottles and cans, etc.

Under defined conditions, CanNeed-CSRT-100 Coating Scratch Resistance Tester is used to determine the resistance of a single coating or a multi-coating of paint, varnish or related product to penetration by scratching with a hemispherical tipped needle or abrasion tool and metal scratching tool and so on.

Clamp the sample, adjust the testing pressure load and move the sample relatively to the tipped needle. If any scratches, there will be readings displaying on the machine.

The “CanNeed-GIT-100 Glass Bottle Impact Tester” is industry standard to test the impact resistance of various glass bottles. There are two ruler readings: impact energy and angle of pendulum bar.
