CanNeed-PBT-100 Paper Board Bursting Strength Tester is used for testing and analyzing the bursting strength of cardboard, carton and other paper materials. It’s suitable for all kinds of paperboard (including corrugated board and cardboard) with a burst resistance of 350Kpa-5500Kpa.The tester is designed in line with the International Inspection Standard “GBT1539-2007 Cardboard Breaking Resistance Determination”.

Test process:

Place the sample board on the circular plastic film and clamp it tightly, make sure it’s flat and avoid the film protruding. Pumped in the liquid in at a constant speed to protrude the film until the sample board is broken, the maximum pressure value applied is the burst resistance of the sample.

3. The big diameter cylinder pressing tightly to prevent too large results caused by sample moving.

4. Motor drive pressurizing, ensure the pressure curve is stable and linear.

5. The motor and cylinder are driven by the gear, ensure that the test results are more stable.

6. Equip with micro printer, the test results can be printed out.

7. With data output by RS232 COM interface to SPC.
