CanNeed-ADER-C3100  is a fully automatic digital enamel rater with unattended operation. It’s is used to measure the coverage, the compactness and the electric current value of the enamel coating inside the beverage cans. The contents will erode the metallic material and affect the quality and storage of products if the enamel coating inside the cans is not integrated. The machine adopted fully automaticinspecting technology, more efficient and more effectively reducing the human errors. It is the standard for evaluating can quality in can-making industry.

Equipped with automatic sampling device,automatically transfer the can under test to the area to be inspected, automatically detect and fill the electrolyte, automatically measure, automatically sort and detect unqualified products, and also provide a sample retention channel for unqualified cans, which is convenient for users to analyze unqualified cans. The database software saves the measurement results and automatically transmits them to the SPC system.

Measuring process：

1.Prepare the samples and put them into the sample channel.

2.Select the measurement template of the corresponding.

specification in the software, and enter the number of samples to be measured.

3.Click the measurement button, automatic measurement is completed.

4.After the test, automatic sorting unqualified samples, equipped with retention area for unqualified samples.
