CanNeed-SCT-10 Stress Cracking Tester is a special instrument for testing the stress crack resistance of blow-molded PET carbonate bottles. Principle: PET carbonated bottles filled with the specified level of room temperature clean water, bottle bottom immersed in the temperature of 22 ± 1 ℃, the concentration of 0.2% sodium hydroxide solution, the bottle is filled with compressed air 5.31Bar every 10 minutes to observe the bottom of the cracking situation, the test time ≥ 30 minutes, the test is qualified if without blast and leakage.

No power supply is needed during the use of the instrument, only need the air source can be measured, which solves the problem of PET carbonated bottles bursting easily due to stress. The whole machine adopts 304 stainless steel cabinet, pure mechanical design, adapt to a variety of working environment and place.
